print catalog. Having our catalog online allows us to keep the site
updated almost to the minute with our latest products and updates.

stock and ready to ship?
Our products come
from many artisans all over the world. Many of our special order
products are made when the order is placed. However most of our items
are in-stock and ready to ship. Our items that require extra shipping
time are indicated with our diamond symbol.
Can we pay by credit
card?
Absolutely! Paypal
excepts both MasterCard and Visa.
Can I pay by check?
Of course! A
check, money order or bank draft in U.S. dollars in a U.S. bank is
always acceptable. Print the complete Paypal order form, sign and date
it and mail in with your payment to the address on the form. Please
allow at least an additional 2 weeks shipping time for this payment
method. We will confirm your order has been received by email and again
when the order is shipped to you.
Can I have my items
gift wrapped? Gift wrap
is available for many of the items featured in our e-store. Packages are
attractively wrapped in pretty paper with a satin ribbon for $4 per
item. Just choose "Yes" in the Gift Wrap box in your shopping
bag.
How do I place an
order online? When your
shopping bag is filled with all the items you want to purchase, click
""Place Online Order"". From there, you will be
guided through a checkout process that is safe, secure, and easy! If you
register your e-mail address for order confirmation, please be careful
to type it correctly. There should be no spaces in the e-mail address.
If you are an AOL user, your e-mail address must include ""@aol.com"",
not just your user name.

Sizing -
A general rul of thumb is to order age-to-size. For example a 3 year old
= size 3/4.
Returns -
We expect that you will be fully
satisfied with your order. However, if for some reason you are not happy
with your purchase, Once Upon a Time will accept returns, under our
satisfaction guarantee. Customers must notify us and ship the product
back, in good condition, within10 days of receipt. We will refund your
order minus a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping & handling are not
refundable. Special orders and custom work are not returnable.
All returns, for exchange, credit
or refunds must be within 10 days of receipt and include proof of
purchase.

To prepare your return:
*Please use the original
packaging or a strong corugated carton, including the packing slip in
the box. .
*Pack and tape your package
securely.
*Affix the return shipping label.
*For tracking purposes, it is
important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or
insured Parcel Post. (Sorry, we can not accept C.O.D.’s)
